## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within various facilities. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to ensure a clean and orderly environment.

## Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment

## Qualifications
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $900.00-$1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
