Full job description
We are looking to hire an experienced IT field service junior technician to look after the service and maintenance needs of our customers. As a field service technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, point of sales and scanners.
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
Provide technical support and assistance to employees in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols (LAN/WAN).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
