What will be your daily pursuit?:

Compensation:
45,000 - 49,000 Base Salary + Benefits and RRSP program

What will you do in this job?:
Conduct full cycle recruitment for the high volume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff across all BJC Geographies
Be a key administrator in Pursuit’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS), including supporting and
training Hiring Managers in their use of the system
Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, leadership and teams, assisting all geographies as needed
Be a primary point of contact for candidates / team members, provide support with their inquiries and concerns
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Energetic, creative, professional, a self-starter with a commitment to follow through
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships and foster cooperation
Proven abilities to organize and perform well in a very busy work environment with competing priorities
Able to work professionally with confidential information
Clear commitment to continuous improvement, growth and hiring the best
Prior interviewing experience in a high-volume business is an asset
Prior hospitality experience is an asset
Proven experience in administrative-heavy work / roles
