Join Our Team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper!
Are you passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and leading a dynamic team? We're looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to work alongside our Executive Housekeeper to ensure our hotel shines!

Key Skills and Experience:
Housekeeping supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of WCB Health & Safety programs and WHMIS guidelines is an asset.
Positive and motivational attitude.
Excellent guest service, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting and achieving departmental goals.
Recruit, select, and develop team members.
Enhance staff and guest experiences through effective leadership.
Maintain high morale and remove barriers for the team.
Oversee and document training programs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Organize and track deep cleaning projects.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
Address guest comments and concerns.
Manage scheduling and departmental productivity within budget.
Provide resources and tools for the team.
Prepare monthly reports on housekeeping activities and expenses.
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
