What You’ll Do:

Plan & Execute: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer creative solutions, and ensure their vision is brought to life.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with restaurant staff, chefs, and external vendors to ensure every detail is perfect.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
Marketing & Sales: Promote our event capabilities, attract new clients, and maximize bookings through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and analyze event success, implementing improvements for future events.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Familiarity with Banff and the local market is a plus.
Must live in or be willing to commute to the Banff area.
