We’re seeking a Cash Admin Manager to join our team! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 15 venues and counting. Cash Admin Manager

The Banff Hospitality Collective Cash Admin Manager oversees and supports the team that fulfills all cashier duties such as handling checks, cash deposits and money orders, recording of incoming and outgoing funds, gratuity record keeping and distribution of such. You will be working with the management teams at various BHC locations and reporting to the BHC Finance team. This position is full-time with a flexible work schedule but requires a very organized and focused individual.

What You’ll Do:

Provide leadership to two+ Cash Administrators
Reconcile daily cashouts and month-end reports
Investigate and correct employee cashout errors
Record and distribute gratuities
Money safekeeping
Completing money orders
Cash deposits
What You Have:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or related position required
Experience leading two or more people is an asset
Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable with online Merchant platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to relate cashout problems in an easy to understand way and contribute to a solution
