PRIMARY FUNCTION

Provide excellent customer service through prompt order taking, professional wine and menu recommendations, timely food delivery and anticipating guest needs. Build loyalty through personalized interactions and flawless execution.

Food and Beverage Manager/Banquet Manager/Food and Beverage Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.
Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.
Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.
Prepare and deliver checks; process payments.
Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.
Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas.
Assist with setups for functions, group events.
Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.
Comply with appearance standards per handbook.
Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.

EXPERIENCE

Serving It Right Certificate
Restaurant service experience preferred.
Wine knowledge an asset.
Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality.
Polished presentation and communication skills.
Comfortable working on feet for long periods.
Responsible, guest-centric team player.
Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
