Overview:

Join our team as an Early Childhood Educator and make a difference in the lives of young children. We are seeking a passionate individual who is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for our children in a play rich environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Skills to support the role
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
