We are seeking enthusiastic team members for this exciting opportunity to be part of a new team within Banff Lodging Co. - For the opening of the new Otter Hotel.

Post construction deep cleaning, of the all guest rooms, hallways, building, requiring continual cleaning of rooms and open areas to prepare for welcoming guests. This role will require a keen eye for detail, being able to work independently without much guidance, as well as doing repetitive tasks.

This team will be given the opportunity to possibly move in to a Room Attendant role once the hotel opens to guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Post construction deep clean of all rooms and common areas.
Preparing the hotel ready to welcome guest
Vacuuming all surface area's and deep cleaning all bathrooms
Setting up rooms with furniture in preparation for guests
Removing any left over construction material from the building safely.
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest needs.
Skills and experience:
Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Capable to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with repetitive cleaning and attention to detail.
A positive team player attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
Able to lift, push and pull at least 35 pounds.
Able to understand both oral and written instructions in English.
Prepared to commit to the team and stay long term is preferable.
