We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Person for our commercial properties and commercial laundry plant. This dynamic role involves working in a variety of buildings. Someone with a keen troubleshooting mindset and a can-do attitude will be successful in this position.

Skills and Experience:
A background in electrical and/or plumbing is an asset.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot.
Prior experience working with HVAC systems.
Valid Class 5 driver license.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
Task-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
