Full job description
Banff Avenue Brewing Company is currently seeking an experienced Bartender (full time) and a Casual Server who are able to give exceptional service in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Part of the Bearhill brewing family, we current boast breweries in Banff, Jasper, Calgary and Edmonton. Nestled in the beautiful Banff National Park, we are a well established brewery and restaurant who has made a name for itself as a local favourite. We are a high volume, high rotation business with a focus on creating amazing guest experiences and offering quality food and beverage.

If you have a passion for quality craft beer then this is the place for you.

What will you do:

- Effectively manage both service well and bar top guest

- Ability to make drinks to specifications

- Have excellent menu knowledge and an ability to help guests make choices to their liking

- Confidently share your craft beer knowledge and passion with your guests

- Ensure prompt, fun and friendly service to our guests

What you need:

- At least 2 years experience bartending or serving

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

- PRO Serve certification

- Flexibility in schedule (available days, nights, weekends)

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Craft beer knowledge an asset
