Banff Airporter Inc. is a locally owned and operated ground transportation company based in the epic Canadian Rockies! For 20+ years, we are the transportation method of choice for travellers coming to visit the Bow Valley.

This a customer service orientated position that will have you: taking bookings over the phone, planning routes and manifests, answering emails, etc. We work in a fast paced and dynamic environment!

Starting Wage: $19.44/hour

- A set schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off. Compressed work weeks are ideal for the adventurer whether it be in winter or summer. The schedules we are looking to fill are from Saturday to Tuesday OR Monday to Thursday

- Do you love skiing/snowboarding/golfing/canoeing? We have corporate passes to Sunshine Village, Lake Louise and Tunnel Mountain Golf Course that we absolutely want you to take advantage of!

Here are some qualities we are looking for in our candidates:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in in data entry

- Previous experience in a customer service role is nice to have, but not mandatory

- Other: problem solving abilities, organizational skills, computer proficiency
