JOB SUMMARY

As a store manager you understand that our company is dedicated to delivering great customer service. Everyday is an opportunity to meet people from around the world and help find the right solutions for their personal or business needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Maintain continuity in daily store operations and management.
Prepare necessary store reports on going basis (training will be provided).
Resolve customer service / operating issues in timely manner.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff to maximize productivity.You must be courteous and approachable.
Prepare work schedule and conduct regular meetings with all staff members.
Create reservations using the provided computer systems.
Inspection of vehicles for cleanliness and/or damage.
Highly responsible for the security of vehicles and office equipment.
Must be available and able to communicate efficiently through text, calls and emails.
Extremely fast paced environment with continuous movement of vehicles. You must be able to keep track of all vehicles and inventory.
Up-selling and Cross-selling is required.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to deliver great customer experience by having strong communication skills that allow you to comfortably speak with customers.
Sales driven, self-motivated, personable and dependable.
You must posses a high level of detail to ensure proper customer and vehicles details are correct.
At least one year experience in a role where sales and/or customer service were key elements of your duties is preferred.
You’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic. Ability to work with a team or independently.
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while solving customer or technical issues.
Basic computer skills in order to enter information into our database.
Driving experience with a valid Driver's License and a good driving history.
Extremely Competitive Position with Sales Goals.
Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays.
