Key Duties & Responsibilities

Greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive, setting the tone for their dining experience at Añejo.
Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turns and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Keeping the fiesta flowing smoothly by providing accurate wait times and expertly navigating busy periods with grace.
Assisting servers and other team members as needed to resolve any issues promptly and ensure every guest leaves with a smile and story to share.
Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting for our guests.
Communicating effectively with the dining room and kitchen teams to coordinate seating and ensure efficient service.
Embodying the vibrant spirit of Añejo through your infectious energy and dedication to delivering ¡excelente! hospitality.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-service role is an asset.
Enthusiasm for hospitality and a passion for creating welcoming guest experiences.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage reservations and seating effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
