Key Duties & Responsibilities

Filling orders with speed, rhythm, and precision to keep our guests’ taste buds dancing.
Crafting culinary creations with passion and precision, ensuring every dish is a fiesta on a plate; and handling any kitchen hiccups with grace and swiftly resolving complaints.
Mastering the art of timing, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and served with a side of ¡Olé!
Sharing your thorough menu knowledge of our dishes and preparation techniques; seeing to it that every guest experience is nothing short of remarkable.
Championing food safety and following procedures to ensure our guests can enjoy their meals worry-free.
Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff members to coordinate tasks, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
Keeping the kitchen firing on all cylinders, proactively restocking ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bustling restaurant kitchen.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety protocols.
Genuine enthusiasm for Mexican cuisine and willingness to embrace the culinary vision of Añejo.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Team player willing to lend a hand to others when needed, fostering a positive kitchen culture that keeps the energy high and the tacos flying out the door.
