Key Duties & Responsibilities

Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Supporting kitchen staff by assisting with food prep and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying management of any shortages.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support kitchen staff as needed.
