Key Duties & Responsibilities

Mixing and serving drinks with flair, speed, and precision to keep our guests’ spirits high.
Crafting unique and delicious cocktails with passion and precision, ensuring every drink is a fiesta in a glass; and handling any bar hiccups with grace and swiftly resolving customer concerns.
Mastering the art of timing, ensuring each drink is prepared and served with a splash of ¡Olé!
Sharing your extensive knowledge of our cocktail menu and spirits selection; ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of remarkable.
Championing drink safety and following procedures to ensure our guests can enjoy responsibly.
Communicating effectively with other bar staff members to coordinate tasks, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
Keeping the bar buzzing, proactively restocking ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.
Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, mixology, and responsible alcohol service.• Genuine enthusiasm for Mexican-inspired cocktails and willingness to embrace the beverage vision of Añejo.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
Team player willing to collaborate and foster a positive bar culture that keeps the energy high and the margaritas flowing.
