Through the exercise of discretion and independent judgement, the General Manager has overall supervisory and managerial responsibility for the daily operations of the venues ensuring desired outcomes (i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention). The General Manager mobilizes the venue management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, guest experience, and compliance within the venue. We Love Perks!
