Our small, friendly team are committed to connecting our guests with Banff National Park and all the adventures it offers. What you’ll do:

Perform all guest check in and check out tasks in a prompt and professional manner.
Inform guests of hotel services, points of interest in the area, and services in the community.
Work as part of a team, maintaining open communication with colleagues and hotel staff.
What you’ll need:

Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program or a college program in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
