What will be your daily pursuit?:
Greeting, advising and assisting guests with the loading and unloading of gondolas, while providing them with a high quality experience and outstanding customer service

What will you do in this job?:
Adhering to all safety and operational policies and procedures
Ensuring that each customer interaction is friendly and professional
Advising of any potentially dangerous mechanical or operational hazards
Familiar with operational and emergency policies and procedures
Maintain orderly traffic conditions in the terminals
Ensuring that the terminal and staff room are kept orderly and well maintained
Cleaning the interior and exterior of gondolas
Assisting in lift maintenance as required
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Strong customer service skills
Demands physical activity for the entire work day
Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
Lift operations experience an asset
First Aid Training and Driver’s license an asset
