Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food and beverage server certification
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Micros
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables, Replace linen, Supervise other servers and bussing staff, Schedule staff, Train staff
