Banff Inn Front Desk Hotel Clerk

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening

Salary: $13.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Disability Benefits

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Banff / Canmore, Alberta (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: No experience

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Basic computer skills (will train)
Work Setting: Hospitality industry
Specific Skills: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Take, cancel and change room reservations, Process telephone calls, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide information about services available in the community, Investigate and resolve complaints and claims, Customer service oriented, Work with minimal supervision, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
