Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our company's daily operations and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and a proven track record in process improvement and business development. As COO, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term success.

Duties

Oversee daily business operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and profitability.
Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships that benefit the organization while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to shape company policies, budgets, and long-term planning.
