PRIMARY FUNCTION

Join us for an unforgettable summer season in the Canadian Rockies! Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is seeking passionate and motivated culinary professionals to join our kitchen teams across our mountain properties. Our culinary philosophy focuses on quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and creating memorable dining experiences inspired by the Rocky Mountains.

From fine dining to casual lodge cuisine, our kitchens offer diverse learning opportunities in stunning environments, perfect for cooks looking to grow their skills while enjoying an exceptional lifestyle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Positions available:

Line Cook: Prepare and execute menu items according to established standards
Prep Cook: Assist with prep, service, and closing duties as required
Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

EXPERIENCE

Previous culinary or kitchen experience an asset
Culinary education considered an asset
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Team-focused mindset and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
