Cook

Boston Pizza Cooks are the engine of the entire restaurant. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, has a strong understanding of food preparation and safety, and takes pride in consistency, teamwork, and quality. Our Cooks also play an important role in fostering a fun, safe, and respectful workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, menu specifications, and Boston Pizza standards
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Assist with meal prep, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following proper food handling and storage practices
Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations
Participate in training to enhance cooking skills and industry knowledge
Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in meal preparation in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment (knives, grills, ovens, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for cooking and delivering great food every time
