Full job description
We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Server to join our team. This role is key in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverages with warm, attentive, and professional service. You will help create “I-can’t-believe-they-did-that” moments for every guest by anticipating needs, maintaining a positive attitude, and upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring an outstanding food & beverage experience.

Making coffees, beverages including cocktails, beer, wine etc and food service.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including removing used dishes, wiping tables, and assisting with general cleaning duties.

Support back-of-house operations as needed, including dishwashing.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service environment.

Qualifications

Previous serving experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.

ProServe and Food Safety Handling certification (required; can be obtained upon starting the role).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Additional Information

Shared staff accommodation is available for successful candidates.

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business levels.
