Team Leadership: Support, manage, and bridge communication between our teams of guides, detailers, reservations, and management as needed.
Flexibility: Demonstrate enthusiasm and leadership in all tasks, from picking up trash to providing top-tier guided experiences in the stunning mountains of Banff National Park. Be motivated to grow and understand all aspects of the business, stepping in wherever required.

Exceptional logistical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and an ear for nuance.
A willingness to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements:

Hands-on experience in a supervisory role guiding (or similar industry), driving, customer service, administrative tasks, or operational management.
Strong communication skills and a knack for creating order from chaos.
