Full job description
Mount Kidd RV Park located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Kananaskis Country, Alberta, is hiring for their 2025 summer season.

Seasonal Positions run from the beginning of May to the end of September with flexibility in start and end dates. Staff accommodations are available within walking distance of the workplace. Staff accommodations include private room, with kitchen, family room and washrooms being shared space. Accommodations are free of charge. Couples are welcome to apply together. In your cover letter or resume, please include you are applying as a couple with your partners name.

Front Desk Agent

Mount Kidd RV Park’s Front Desk Agents are usually the first face campers associate with our campground. Your main responsibility is ensuring each camper begins their stay with a great impression of our property. This position is challenging, varied, offers the ability to help in other operating areas and allows you to meet many new people.

Responsibilities

+ Assist guests with checking-in/checking-out

+ Answer phones

+ Make and modify campsite reservations in person and on the phone

+ Collect fees

+ Handle guest concerns

+ Provide information about Kananaskis Country and our campground

+ Assist other departments as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Upbeat and positive personality

+ Professional yet relaxed attitude

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Good organization skills

+ Ability to work as part of a team

+ Attention to detail

+ Ability to learn and handle a complex reservation system

+ Previous experience in customer service is an asset

+ Cash handling experience is important

+ Administrative Skills

+ Time management skills

+ Ability to speak a second language is an asset

+ Working knowledge of the facility, services and local area

+ Required to obtain a Criminal Record check upon acceptance of position
