Your Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and Lead: Oversee all kitchen operations, leading a dedicated team to execute exceptional dishes that reflect our standards and creativity.
Menu Development: Innovate new dishes and evolve our existing menu to keep it fresh, exciting, and reflective of guest preferences.
Operational Excellence: Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
Training and Development: Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and professional growth.
Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Creativity: A passion for crafting unique dishes and enhancing traditional menu items with a modern flair.
Culinary Expertise: Strong technical skills, particularly in modern and traditional cooking techniques.
Certifications: Food Handler Certification (preferred).
Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
