Banff Trail Riders is a leading horseback riding outfitter located in the heart of Banff National Park. We offer a diverse range of guided tours, from one-hour scenic rides to multi-day wilderness expeditions. Cooks – Cowboy Cookout

As a Cook with Banff Trail Riders, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll prepare delicious meals at our scenic Cowboy Cookout location along the Bow River for up to 60 guests. Your days will involve cooking for our twice-daily cookouts, managing inventory, maintaining a clean kitchen, and interacting with guests. You'll also prepare meals for our overnight horseback riding guests and efficiently accommodate various dietary requirements and preferences. This role is best suited to somebody who is passionate about cooking, working outdoors, and interacting with people.

This position will require you to:

· Prepping and cooking for twice daily cookouts.

· Managing inventory and receiving supplies.

· Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Interact with guests in a fun professional manner.
Qualifications:

1+ years cooking experience.
Strong customer service skills.
An interest in the Western lifestyle.
Valid First-Aid, Pro-Serve, and Food Safe certificates.
This is a seasonal position that runs from late April until October.

Limited staff accommodation may be available upon request.
