This job might be right for you if you would enjoy:
Overseeing all financial aspects of the Food & Beverage (F&B) Division, including managing, monitoring, and maintaining all F&B general ledger accounts.
Compiling and posting all F&B-related accounting journals, including associated general ledger reconciliations.
Managing all F&B inventory and cost of goods sold, including developing and implementing inventory control systems and requisition processes to safeguard inventory and ensure accurate cost calculations.
Supervising F&B purchasing and accounts payable, including invoice reviews and approvals, with a strong focus on cost control.
Supervising the Food & Beverage Night Auditor.
Assisting with the training and direction of F&B and Accounting staff.
Acting as System Administrator for the F&B point-of-sale system (Squirrel) and all associated payment terminals, including recommending modifications to meet system and reporting needs.
Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Assisting with the development of F&B departmental budgets and variance analysis.
Preparing specified reports as required by the executive team and defined by the Business Analyst.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles and income tax regulations.
Performing other duties as assigned.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
A CPA designation (or equivalent accounting certification) or enrollment in a related program (preferred but not required).
Experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage Point-of-Sale Systems, such as Squirrel (preferred).
Supervisory experience.
Previous accounting experience in a multi-departmental organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.
Experience with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Familiarity with accounting systems like SAP.

Employees must consistently exhibit sound judgment, professionalism, and fitness for duty.
This position involves handling cash and confidential information, requiring a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
The role is performed at high altitudes and occasionally in inclement weather, necessitating an appropriate level of physical fitness.
