It's the perfect work/life combination. Job Description We are looking for motivated self-starters to come join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in our Staff Cafeteria “The Bean”. Develop your skills as you interact daily with colleagues and leaders and open the door to endless opportunities with a luxury hotel brand whether you are looking for a future career in Culinary or in Guest Services within Food & Beverage. Starting Rate: $19.30 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.05 Job Duties Include: Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination, and complete daily prep list. Assisting Chef and culinary team with light preparation duties in the kitchen Be knowledgeable of all areas in the staff cafeteria, plating, preparations of all menu items Communicate with all cooks daily for proper pars and production requirements when needed.
