Banff Trail Riders is a leading horseback riding outfitter located in the heart of Banff National Park. We offer a diverse range of guided tours, from one-hour scenic rides to multi-day wilderness expeditions. Guest Service Personnel

Join our team of Guest Service Personnel based at our Stable location in Banff! Our Guest Service team are responsible for a variety of tasks, including welcoming guests, processing payments, assisting with helmet fitting, and ensuring smooth check-in procedures. Our ideal candidate is a personable and proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills who can effectively navigate any challenges that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for both staff and customers.

This position will require you to:

Greet and check in guests at stables.
Make bookings and provide information on tours.
Ensure our company policies are adhered to.
Handle cash/credit transactions. Completing Pre-Authorizations.
Ensure ride departure times are kept to schedule.
Completing daily cash-outs and reconciliations.
Cleaning and upkeep of office and guest areas.
General barn chores and duties as required.
Qualifications:

Strong customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate challenges are they arise.
Previous cash handling experience required.
An interest in the Western lifestyle.
Valid First-Aid certificate.
This is a seasonal position that runs from late April until October.

Limited staff accommodation may be available upon request.
