We offer a diverse range of guided tours, from one-hour scenic rides to multi-day wilderness expeditions. Teamsters & Wagon Drivers As a driver with Banff Trail Riders, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our passengers and animals while providing an entertaining experience through our beautiful National Park. Your duties will include grooming, harnessing, and caring for our heavy-draft horses. You'll also have the opportunity to lead Cowboy Cookout wagon experiences, providing a relaxing 3-hour journey along the Bow River, complete with a delicious meal. This position is best suited to those hoping to combine their passion for horses, outdoor adventure, and talent for storytelling. This position will require you to: Guide narrative horse-drawn carriage and wagon rides from 15 minutes to 3 hours in length. Be knowledgeable about our National Park and the town of Banff. Contribute to site upkeep, general barn duties and chores. Groom, Harness, and maintain expert care for our horses. Enhance the guest experience in a fun and professional manner. Qualifications: Excellent horse-related experience. Strong customer service skills. You must have confidence in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Takes initiative and is adaptable. A passion for the Western lifestyle. Valid drivers license. Valid First-Aid certificate. This is a seasonal position that runs from late April until October. Limited staff accommodation may be available upon request.
