Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces and ensuring the required standard is met,
Training and coaching of the housekeeping team,
Providing great customer service to our guests and working with the Front Desk to bring any complaints to a positive conclusion,
Sweep, mop, vacuum and wash floors,
Dust furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries,
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures,
Stock linen closets,
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies,
Handle and report lost and found items,
Maintain a clean and safe work environment,
Additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Attendant
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds
Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training
Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
Leadership experience is an asset
