Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, versatile and organized Sales and Operations Coordinator to assist in various tasks across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and operational duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our head office and Activity Centre.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties to support office team
Help process online bookings and respond to email enquiries
Assist with group inquiries and help secure quotes.
Complete a weekly brochure run and bi-weekly hotel visits.
Send out customer surveys, compile responses, and analyze data.
Provide assistance in the Banff Adventures store during busy periods or special events.
Assist with bike replacements and rescue operations with company vehicle for Bike tours
Assist with ordering supplies and managing concession needs.
Research projects as needed
Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service is an asset.
Proficient in using various office software (Excel) and systems.
Knowledge of tour operations is a plus.
