What can you expect:
Rental attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to respond to customer inquiries regarding rental equipment, and deal with complaints promptly, receive returned equipment and ensure that returned equipment is appropriately displayed. As a part of the role you will perform cashier duties that will require you to accurately handle large amounts of cash and process card payments. This can be a physically demanding position requiring some manual labour and lifting. The essential responsibilities for the role:

This job is perfect for you if you enjoy:
Embracing our guests excitement (and nervousness!) about skiing or boarding for the first time. Talking to these guests to determine their equipment requirements.
Cash handling and accurately completing daily cash-outs.
Equipment tuning and repairs; repairs to bindings, repairs to ski boots, basic Sports Pro ski/snowboard repairs.
Monitoring and reporting of stock levels.
Identification and reporting of hazards, Proactive in enforcing health & safety standards.
Being welcoming and sharing your knowledge about our awesome resort with our guests.

And you have:
Previous guest service and cash handling experience
Ability to display excellent team work skills; communicating effectively across multiple areas of the Rentals department.
An understanding of ski and snowboard equipment. Repair and tuning knowledge is an asset.
Ability to show initiative during the quieter times.
