What will you do in this job?:
Working in a team environment as well as independently
Welcome guests entering the attraction, up top and on the dock, helping them to their desired destination
Operating the front office ticketing system
Collecting payment and issuing tickets to individual customers and tour groups
Providing friendly, courteous, and professional customer service
Keeping the office orderly and clean
Applying all Lake Minnewanka Cruise policies regarding group tours, minimum group discounts, and complimentary tickets
Correspondence with tour companies in writing, over the phone, and in person
Maintaining order in the Boathouse area with line-ups, collecting feedback forms from customers, scanning access codes tickets, answering the phone and transferring calls
Accurately handling credit card and vouchers, filling out cash remittance, and balancing payments received to tickets issued
Maintaining a safe and clean environment in all areas controlled by the Lake Minnewanka Cruise
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Attention to detail and good communication skills
Cash handling experience
Strong customer service skills
Some accounting experience an asset

This fun, summer job runs from May or June to September or October.
