What will you do in this job?:
Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
The safe mooring of vessels and general operations of the docks by facilitating and assisting in coordination of arrival and departure of vessels
Maintaining a safe and clean environment in all areas controlled by the Lake Minnewanka Cruise
Ensure rental boat agreements are thoroughly understood, completed and filed and adhered to
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
High attention to detail and good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Mechanically inclined
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided
Drivers Licence

This fun, summer job runs from May or June to September or October.

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
