Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor activities in designated areas.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, including any breaches or unusual occurrences.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Requirements

Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods and conducting patrols as needed.
A valid security guard license or certification may be required depending on local regulations.
