Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Full-Time Cook for Paul’s Food Truck-yes, we have a demi food truck right in our lobby, attached to the kitchen, serving breakfast and all-day dining. It’s a one-of-a-kind concept with an unbeatable vibe.

If you have solid cooking experience and a people-focused, positive personality, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Taking orders, interacting with customers and preparing delicious food for self service.
Ensuring a safe workplace while maintaining confidentiality
Following Alberta Health safe food handling practices
Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
Performing hands-on tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs without assistance
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, and stooping
Preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and preparation checklists
Maintaining professional communication, appearance, and uniform standards
Delivering courteous service to guests and team members while reinforcing Moxy policies and procedures
Leading by example and contributing to a high-performing, motivated team
Upholding the highest cleanliness standards in accordance with Moxy brand expectations
Maintaining a consistently safe working environment
What We Need From You

Valid authorization to work in Canada
Food Safety Training certification (considered an asset)
Currently living in Banff or willing to relocate
