Position Summary

Brand Ambassadors are vital to our mission of creating impactful brand experiences. Based in Canada, this role involves representing exciting brands at various events and activations, fostering positive connections with consumers while working flexible hours.

Specific Program Details

Karma is casting experienced, friendly, outgoing, and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent RBH (a vape company) at local Banff bars and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Represent smoke-free products in a professional and engaging manner
Engage and educate legal-age nicotine and tobacco consumers about our products and brand through interactive activations
Achieve sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Represent brands at promotional events, trade shows, and activations
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling
Provide excellent customer service and communicate key brand messaging
Assist with event setup and teardown
Promote a positive brand image through energetic and professional interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure event success
Maintain a thorough understanding of products and campaign objectives
Gather consumer feedback to support brand insights
Qualifications & Skills

Comfortable representing nicotine and vaping products
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to achieve KPIs and adapt in fast-paced environments
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong time management and organizational skills
Results-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented
Outgoing and personable with strong conversational skills
Strong interest in marketing and brand representation
Proficient in English

$25/HR
