Cedar & Spruce Campgrounds Canada $160–$220 a day Job details Pay $160–$220 a day Location Canada Benefits Pulled from the full job description Flexible schedule Full job description Campground Manager (Host) – Willow Rock Campground Bow Valley Provincial Park (20 minutes to Canmore | 35 minutes to Cochrane) Power & Water Serviced Site Available Cedar & Spruce is seeking a professional, responsible Campground Manager (Host) for Willow Rock Campground in Bow Valley Provincial Park. Willow Rock is located approximately 20 minutes from Canmore and 35 minutes from Cochrane, offering a balance of mountain living with convenient access to town services. This is a seasonal, live-on-site role. Applicants must provide their own fully self-contained RV. Season runs from April 30th to September 27th. Position Overview The Campground Manager (Host) is responsible for overseeing daily campground operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and providing exceptional guest service. This role serves as the on-site representative of Cedar & Spruce and Alberta Parks. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day campground operations. Conduct regular inspections of campsites, washrooms, and shared spaces. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Guest Services Welcome campers and assist with check-ins and fee collection. Provide information regarding park regulations and local amenities. Respond professionally to inquiries and concerns. Safety & Compliance Monitor campground activity to ensure adherence to park rules. Promote fire safety and quiet hours compliance. Respond to incidents and coordinate with local authorities when necessary. Maintenance Duties Clean vault toilets and day-use areas. Empty garbage and recycling bins. Maintain firepits and assist with firewood sales. Report maintenance issues requiring escalation. Qualifications Fully self-contained RV (power and water hookups available). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with sound judgment. Valid Class 5 driver’s license. First Aid Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain). Clear criminal record check. Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and working outdoors in varied weather conditions. What We Offer Serviced site (power and water). Seasonal, flexible schedule.
