Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Banff Team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our daily office operations, enhance efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. Training is provided and must reside within the Bow Valley.

Duties

Assist with answering phone calls and emails.
Help with organizing and booking jobs / service calls.
Data entry and updating.
Assisting walk-in customers.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, whether in person or via phone or email.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, spelling, and professionalism.
Handle clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and data entry with precision and attention to detail .
Requirements

Computer knowledge (quickbooks, excel, word).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping.
Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Strong time management skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently under deadlines.
