Full job description
Storm Mountain Lodge is seeking an experienced and service-focused Lodge Operations Supervisor to oversee both the front desk and morning food and beverage teams. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys mentoring a team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the front desk and morning food and beverage teams
Lead and train staff to provide exceptional guest service and operational efficiency
Ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
Support and supervise breakfast service, maintaining high standards of hospitality
Work closely with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to enhance the guest experience
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and operational planning
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and on-the-spot problem-solving
Maintain a welcoming and well-organized lodge environment
Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, front desk, or food and beverage operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a diverse team
Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience handling reservations and POS systems
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic lodge environment
Passion for the mountains and hospitality

Competitive wage of $24–$26 per hour, based on experience
