Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our products, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is well-organized and inviting.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, focusing on upselling opportunities.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product knowledge and sales trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
