Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Processing and shipping online orders to ensure customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish
Customer Service: Provide top-tier service by phone, and online, helping e-commerce customers with questions about products, shipping inquiries, and orders
Social media: Maintaining our presence on various social media channels such as Instagram, and Facebook by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and boosting brand awareness
E-commerce: Keeping our Shopify website updated with new product listings, product photos, and content to drive sales and engagement. Additional duties as assigned to support both customer and business needs
Qualifications:

Customer Service experience required
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
Strong Communication Skills and attention to detail
Existing knowledgeable about gemstones, minerals, fossils or meteorites considered an asset. Product training will be provided.
Experience with Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms considered a strong asset
