Our Bartenders are always mixing things up! They enjoy interacting with guests from all over the world, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
Take drink orders from customers or servers and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including arranging glasses, bar tools, and ensuring sufficient stock of beverages.
Describe and advise on wine and other liquor selections.
Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware.
Knowledge of wide range of alcoholic beverages.
Enforce Alberta liquor legislation and regulations and Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age.
Describe menu items including specials for customers.
Serve food and beverages in an efficient and friendly manner.
Take inventory and order supplies, ensure the bar is well-stocked.
Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, traveler’s cheques or room billings.
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by on duty Manager.
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of mixology is an asset.
Pro Serve Certification.
Positive interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive team player attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
