It's the perfect work/life combination. Job Description Are you an organized, analytical, and enthusiastic individual looking to make an impact at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs? As Sales Office Manager, you’ll support the Sales & Marketing team with precision and efficiency while collaborating with various departments to drive operational excellence. Competitive Salary: $58,000-$62,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: Oversee payroll, expense tracking, invoicing, and monthly accruals for the department. Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and operations to forecast and analyze expenses and enhance ROI. Conduct month-end financial reviews, including foreign exchange analysis and P&L commentary, and assist in budget creation. Manage office administration tasks, including onboarding new team members, handling donations, and coordinating supplies and mail. Generate essential sales, catering, and banquet reports while streamlining processes for group site inspections and Business Development Trips (BDTs). Qualifications Your Skills & Qualifications: Strong and professional communication skills and demeanor. Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data. Understanding of accounting fundamentals such as matching, realization and accruals. In-depth understanding of MS excel. Ability to extract large volumes of data and present it in a logical and succinct format. Ability to multi-task and work with individuals in many departments within the hotel. Post-secondary degree preferred.
