Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented leader to oversee our Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service. This role involves managing Room Attendants, coaching and developing colleagues, coordinating deep cleaning projects, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has proven leadership experience in Housekeeping or Front Office within a luxury hotel.

Competitive Salary: $64,000 - $66,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education.

What you will be doing:

Supervise, coach, and develop Room Attendants, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Manage daily housekeeping operations, deep cleaning schedules, and guestroom inspections while maintaining stocked and organized back spaces.
Work closely with other hotel departments, attend key meetings, and address guest concerns promptly.
Enforce workplace safety, oversee WCB, and WHMIS compliance, and promote environmental initiatives.
Foster team morale through coaching, colleague recognition, and removing barriers to success.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Highly organized with a proactive approach to getting the job done
Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment and successfully lead a large team
Minimum 1-2 years of experience at a Supervisory or Manager level within the Housekeeping or Front Office in a luxury hotel
Computer literate in Property Manager and Microsoft Window applications is required
Experience with Hotsos program would be an asset
University degree or college diploma in hospitality management is an asset
